Exam time for all schools in Tuvalu
It’s that time of the year again when students in every school get themselves ready for final examinations of the year. It is when hard work throughout the year is put to the test and for those sitting external exams, these examinations will determine whether they will return next year or whether they get scholarship awards for next year.
Government schools (Motufoua High and all primary schools) are now ready for their end of year exams and reports from the Education Department states that form four will kick off the exam craze with their Fiji Junior School Certificate exam on the 1st of November which is next week.
Primary schools’ year eight students will also sit their Motufoua Entrance exam on the 14th and 15th of next month sitting for the four subjects of English, Mathematics, Social Science and Science.
Michael Noa Senior Education Officer in the Education Department says the Exam Paper for this Year Eight Entrance Examination, and the Tuvalu School Certificate will be marked at Motufoua High School by teachers of the school and one staff from the Education headquarter.
Tuvalu news understands that Fetuvalu High School students are now having their end of year exams and they started at the beginning of this week.
