Fetuvalu High School ends the year with a prize giving day

The Fetuvalu High School held its Prize Giving this afternoon at the Tausoa Lima Falekaupule.

The President of the Ekalesia Kelisiano Tuvalu was made chief guest at the ceremony and presented the students’ Prizes.

According to the Principal of the School Mr Penehuro Hauma, External examinations for Forms Five and Six for the Cambridge Certificate began on the 19th of October and adjourned on Tuesday this week.

He says the total number of students in both forms is 101 where 75 are in Form five including three repeaters, and there are 26 Form six students.

Tuvalu news learnt that parents, guardians and families were present at the ceremony.

After prize giving teachers performed entertainments of siva for everyone before everyone was dismissed to their own homes.

School year for next year is scheduled to start on
the 22nd of January 2007.
