Tuvalu exports its nonu juice for the first time

Tuvalu’s very first export of Nonu Juice produced from Nonu trees in the country is to be transported on the next voyage of the Southern Moana.

The product is ordered by the Bio - Technology International of the Republic of China on Taiwan.

The company, Nonu Tuvalu is owned and operated by husband and wife Otinielu and Mee Tauteleimalae Tausi.

According to the owner of the Nonu Tuvalu this first order contains ten thousand liters of nonu juice.

He says his company will continue to supply the Bio-Technology International of Taiwan, and other countries such as Hong Kong, Mainland China, the United States and Europe.

Tuvalu news understands this Taiwan Company is also supplied by Kiribati and Palau with nonu juice.

This local company is willing to take nonu fruits from anyone who wishes to sell their nonu fruits to the company and for forty to fifty cents a kilogram.

Honorable Otinielu Tauteleimalae Tausi told Tuvalu news, this is an opportunity for any Tuvaluan who likes to plant nonu trees and sell the fruits to them.
