EKT ordained 3 pastors

The Ekalesia Kelisiano Tuvalu EKT held a special service yesterday morning for the ordination of 3 of its pastors at the Fetu Ao Lma Chapel.
The trio includes Taualo Penivao who graduated with a BA Divinity from the Kanana Fou Theological College in Samoa, together with Tealaala Noa and Ionatana Ionatana, graduands of the Davuilevu Theological College in Fiji.
Rev Noa was awarded a Diploma Theology and Rev Ionatana a Certificate Theology.
EKT has called Rev Penivao to be Assistant Chaplain of Fetuvalu High School until he takes up his full duty as Chaplain of Fetuvalu at the beginning of next year.
Rev Noa is now the mission program assistant and Chaplain for the ports and Seamen while Rev Ionatana will be posted to Niulakita.
They will serve a 4 year term under their new calls.
