New Tractor and trailer for Ffuti Kaupule

A new tractor and trailer had just been donated to the Funafuti Kaupule by the government.
Secretary of the Kaupule Hellani Tumua told Tuvalu news the tractor and trailer were donated to the Kaupule on Wednesday.
The donation was confirmed by Minister for Home Affairs Hon. Willy Telavi last Friday to Kaupule and Falekaupule members, Ulufenua of Funafuti Island and his vice on Friday last week.
Tuvalu news gathered that every Kaupule on every other island of the nation will also receive a donation such as this from the government.
Tumua said the tractor and trailer are being used to load and transport gravel for their customers, but also carries out Kaupule jobs that had not been done since their other trucks broke down.
Mrs. Tumua would like to thank the government for the invaluable assistance.
